Broken or Damaged Item Policy

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture along with your order number to support@furryzi.com and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours might not be approved, as your order will have already moved into production.
